Ron Jaworski leads Vivre Management Corp. with a global business perspective and a deep commitment to value-driven leadership. He earned his degree in International Business Management from Pepperdine University, holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University, and completed an Executive Certificate in Global-scale Negotiation from Harvard Business School.
With over 16 years of experience in the construction and property development sectors in both the Philippines and the U.S., Ron has also worked across industries including real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, government, trading, and agriculture. His expertise spans business development, project implementation, strategic partnerships, wealth management, and international networking.
Ron also actively supports ministry-led outreach programs and family-focused conferences. At Vivre, he brings together vision and execution, driving the firm’s expansion and leadership in real estate joint ventures and corporate consultancy.
John Ian Lee Fulgar
Architect Ian Fulgar is a visionary known for advancing the fields of architecture, design, and real estate development. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Architecture, he is the founder of Fulgar Architects and Fulgar Development Corporation. His work focuses on masterplanning large-scale townships, mixed-use communities, and forward-looking urban environments.
Throughout his career, he has worked with world-renowned consultants such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill (New York), Arup, Meinhardt, and Davis Langdon, contributing to landmark developments across Asia. His career spans business development, fund building, and integrated project delivery, bridging creative design with investment and operational strategy.
At Vivre, Architect Fulgar offers strategic guidance on real estate structuring, township planning, and joint venture formation. His approach ensures that every project is grounded in market insight and designed to deliver long-term commercial and social value.
Cherry Fulgar
Cherry Fulgar is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser with a degree from the University of the Philippines. She brings decades of executive experience managing companies across real estate, construction, outsourcing, web technologies, and professional services. Her background also includes project management and operational leadership in digital and service-based enterprises.
Cherry’s expertise lies in sales strategy, real estate partnerships, and navigating complex business relationships. She plays a key role in building networks with landowners, developers, and industry professionals, while also contributing to the firm’s compliance frameworks and operational alignment. Aubrey Jaworski
Aubrey Jaworski is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a diverse professional background in property management, corporate marketing, and international trade. She oversees a significant real estate portfolio for private corporations and has managed operations in multiple sectors including manufacturing, events, import/export, and trading, with business links in China, Australia, South Africa, the UK, and the Philippines.
